He is well known in the IT industry for his dynamic and charismatic leadership qualities, and his ability to motivate and inspire people. He has past experiences in running companies with background in Information Technology, Recruitment, Internet Technologies and Healthcare. He has global exposure having worked with Fortune 100 companies in USA and India. He has hands on expertise in onsite - offshore business model implementation, with exposure to working with transnational teams. He was the founder member of US based startup named as Utopia Innovations LLC. He was also involved in running an independent franchisee of Credence Management Consultants. He is also a board member in Bharat Thakur's Artistic Yoga Pvt. Ltd. Mr. Thakur is known for his philanthropic deeds - he is also the President of Milati, which is the NGO for child welfare. He has worked for global IT companies like Business Objects, Ness Technologies India, Ness Technologies USA, Wyeth Pharmaceuticals ( USA ), I-Link Software Pvt. Ltd and Taj Technologies. His contribution in I-Link Software in building the Business Intelligence department to a highly commendable state has been widely recognized.

He also has published more than 10 best seller books in the market. Mr. Thakur is involved in Shapia Software as the chief mentor who provides strategic direction to the company. Mr. Thakur runs his yoga business by the brand of Artistic Yoga. Bharat brings to Shapia Software, his acute perception of human behavior, his vision of a passionate, energetic breed of youngsters in the world, and his extraordinary Marketing, Branding and Interpersonal skills.

Ms. Piya Bhattacharya has her background in Human Resource with vast exposure in Recruitment, Employee Relations and Immigration. She has expertise in diverse business domains like Banking, Software and BPO. She has hands on knowledge in end to end recruitment implementation process. She was involved in running an independent franchisee with Credence Management Consultants. She was also the founder member of US based startup company named as Utopia Innovations LLC. She has global corporate experience having worked in US with companies like Bank of America. In India, she has worked with Infosys Technologies, Dell International Services and Cibersites India Pvt. Ltd.

Avin Jain
Advisory Board

Avin Jain is the CEO of the leading Business Intelligence solution provider company Bdi Systems. An IT-BHU graduate with 13+ yrs of experience in IT Industry, Avin has managed several large end to end projects. He had setup a part (team from 0to 100+) of R&D division for Business Objects, SAP Company in India dealing with their newer products. Avin has worked for quite a few MNC’s and has domain exposure on Core Engineering, Banking, Asset Management, Insurance and Business Intelligence. Overall exposure covers development of Business Applications, knowing entire PLM (Product Life-Cycle Management), Delivery Management, Management of Offshore Delivery Centre (ODC), and Products Development. Has significant exposure of working in an International Business Environment across India, USA, Canada, Shanghai and France.

Shuvo Bhattacharya
General Manager - Operations

Mr. Shuvo Bhattacharya has a vast experience in IT Industry. He has expertise in BPO as well as software field. He has hands on knowledge on end to end BPO process. He has also worked with Microsoft as a Team Lead. He has worked for Global IT companies like I-Link Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Taj Technologies. He is also the Board member of Milati, which is the NGO for child welfare. He has leadership abilities to work independently without direct supervision. He has the ability to supervise a large staff of middle management and support staff. He is responsible for supervising other managers and staff, coordinate business operations, develop business strategies, work directly with clients, develop new business oppurtunities, hiring staff. He is also responsible for all contractual agreements from an operational perspective and ensure realistic and practical commitments are made to clients. He also ensure timely and accurate reporting of performance metrics and SLAs to the Management.
